How I quit smoking with hemp leaves and cannabis
Hello, I am and will always be an ex-smoker and if I did it, you can do it. I get to the point in this post and I explain my experience of How I stopped smoking with hemp leaves and cannabis.

Making your own tobacco was my key. In other words, make your own mixture of dry leaves, which is what tobacco is supposed to be. But without using all the additives and industrial waste that they use to become addicted and sick.

With different dry leaves, you can make a perfect mix that is customizable to the consumer’s taste. Marijuana and hemp leaves have come in handy for me. To be honest I used them because I knew they were already smoking but not because of their properties, which later added value when I quit smoking. I doubly improved my health, quit smoking and discovered a natural treatment.

They are put to dry for the necessary time. I chop them up a bit until they are sized to allow smoking and rolling. Hence I use them as tobacco and it is carried in a bag, with your rolling paper and all the paraphernalia, which many also like.

At first, depending on which plant you use, it will taste and smell in one way or another. This is why we use dried hemp and cannabis leaves, which are easy to smoke, smell good, and are not harmful to health. I actually quit smoking thanks to using hemp and cannabis.

I did not like smoking dried hemp and cannabis leaves, it was not what I liked, nor the flavor that I was used to, nor did I take away that little thing that I had inside that I needed to fill with a good puff of “real smoke”, this was my thinking at the beginning of using this system.

The truth is that I had a bit of a hard time at first, but seeing the issue of dry leaves I investigated and discovered CBD oil, which was more or less what I was using, but concentrated. In other words, they used the extract of dozens of hemp plants in a dropper bottle.

Look for such CBD oil and try it. At first I used CBD as a little kid investigating, I used it in every way that could come to mind. Definitely I am left with two systems, on the tongue and the dry leaf cigar.

Using CBD oil on the tongue, because it regulates my body, digestive system, de-stresses me and does not give me side effects. It changes the flavor of the mixture of leaves to smoke, it makes it more pleasant, so it made me not remember so much about tobacco and if I saw how the days passed and I got out of prison.

Over time I started to take CBD oil on my tongue and stop smoking the dried leaves, go to the electronic cigarette, and eliminate the bad part I had left, the combustion. I used the e-liquid to vape with CBD. I was using the electronic cigarette less and less. It was like every time I smoked that liquid it made me want to smoke more, although it wasn’t bad.

To this day I am still taking CBD oil, but not because of tobacco, but because I have learned along the way, the therapeutic benefits of CBD. I and most of my family take it, why not use a compound from a plant, which is not psychoactive and has no side effects?
